After a fantastic week of Vacation Bible School, our teens and many of their family members loaded a charter bus, driven by our own Winston Turpin, and headed to Arlington, Texas. We take a trip at the end of each summer that is designed simply for our family members to enjoy the fellowship and relationships they value through Jesus Christ. This year we spent a day at Six Flags and spent Sunday with the family at the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ. Fifteen members from Pleasant Ridge went to the City of Children with us this past June and we enjoyed getting together with them and renewing the friendships we made a couple of months ago. It was a great trip to reflect on all we've done this summer. We look forward to making more memories together in the future.
